I first fell for historical romance while I was in graduate school. Romance helped my brain to untwine after the hours spent trying to decipher literary critical theory. Knights and Highlander heroes were the perfect re-set after writing papers about post-structuralism. So it was only natural that when I began writing my own books, I’d begin with these stories—sexy, sweeping historical romances. And I still want to share them even if I’m not actively writing new ones. I love these stories. So this month, I’m releasing Wedded to the Warrior, a collection of six medieval romance short stories. It’s the first time these have been available in one volume and they’re a really fun range of stories. Did you miss the days when I wrote about medieval ladies with cool jobs like maker of mead or woodland herbalist? Download this one to read about some fierce, independent women.
Also coming in November is In the Laird's Bed, a full length historical romance novel that is a refresh of a book previously released by Harlequin. This book is the first in the Border Brides series, and I'll be releasing more in 2025.
